About the role

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Technical Project Manager, who will manage resources, schedules, and financials, and adhere to quality control guidelines throughout the full software development life cycle. This also includes handling issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in project management methodologies, and technological fields, and have a strong technical background.

Note:- This role involves close collaboration with our North American clients, requiring the candidate to work in the CET time zone. The position is based in Delhi and follows a hybrid work model.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and deliver TV Everywhere and Over-the-top media-based projects through Agile software development principles, patterns, and practices.
• Be accountable for the execution, management, and quality control of projects from start to completion – delivered on schedule and within budget, positively contributing to the overall PMO portfolio of projects.
• Develop plans, schedules, and control project activities toward defined scope and objectives, applying creative thinking, technical, and project management skills to satisfy project requirements.
• Create and maintain project estimates and schedules, defining activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration, and associated resource requirements.
• Make recommendations to clients concerning processes, new technology, and budget implications on projects.
• Promote and monitor the quality of service among the team through training and by acting as a positive role model.
• Manage and identify high-level possible project risks, change management, and project reconciliations.
• Develop relationships with key client stakeholders and executives.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations when required with the Account Team.
• Manage, negotiate, and support outside supplier deliverables and relationships.
• Maintain awareness of the current industry environment and technology that shapes opportunities for client solutions.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
• 4+ years experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience developing and managing software within an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Project Management Certification is desired but not required.
• Ability to strategically and tactically organize and structure activities, paying particular attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and Visio.
